ok so today i did my first individual workout that sham gave me to do when i am not with him. i did my core and i speed walked 3 miles! i actually ran .5 miles straight i was sooo proud of myself! getting used to the new eating habits and workouts are hard at times but i have soo many people who are supporting me to succeed and lose weight! my boyfriend especially helps to keep me on track and make sure i am eating right and excercising when i should.
so far i think the most important things i have learned that i have implimented directly in my life are WATER WATER WATER! i need to work on drinking water. I haven't had soda or juice for i dont know how long now. and all i drink is water. but i still need to work on uping my intake. another important think i learned was that you should have one protein, one fiber, and fruits/veggies with EVERY meal, even snacks! this is something i find hard to do with snacks but not so much with daily meals.
i think my hardest challenge is the WEEKENDS. most of the time i go out with my friends or my boyfriend and it makes it harder to resist all the good foods that i love to eat. i find that i am pretty good at resisting temptations, but when i see other people eating those foods i cant, it makes it 9893247366123198 times harder to resist.
i have found that i am starting to effect those around me. because my friends see me eat healthier and drink only water and work out with sham, it kind of helps to keep them in check too.
i am excited for more changes to come! and faster too! summer is coming soon and so is my birthday. i would loooooveee to lose weight and feel happier about myself for the summer. especially when i see all my old friends and family and i can live it up in the sun with a new cute bathing suit! :)
