but you said only 3 ROUNDS!! hahaha

so recap for the week so far.....

monday: i worked out on my own!! i did 3 miles total on the tredmill and i actually RAN a full .5 miles straight. i am not a runner...never have been...but i ran it!! and i did it!! and i was SOOOO PROUD of myself.

tues: met with sham and he ALMOST KILLED me.....or at least it felt that way while i was doing the workout. it was really tough because he kept me moving the entire time so i had no time to rest until it was over. and he tricked me!! he told me we were only going to do 3 rounds but we did 4. although it was hard, and i was tired and i must admit frustrated....i was happy in the end because i finished the workout. he sed something that really sunk in today-"you are stronger than you think". i think this workout proved it.

wednesday: i worked out on my own and went to the arc. i did the elliptical for 45 minutes and finished with 3.2 miles!! and i burned over 350 calories!! i was sooo sore from the day before with sham that i was considering cheating and quitting early but i didnt!!....but i did learn something new today...DO NOT do core AFTER cardio it is waaaayyy to hard and you will feel like your going to collapse. i only got through one cycle of core after my cardio workout.

thursday (TODAY!!): so today i met with sham again and he worked me as usual. we did the rounds again which i think are really hard!! its hard to keep moving when your body feels sooo sorrreeee...but he says that it is going to get easier if i keep working out on my own the days we dont meet and continue to work hard with him. I HOPE SO!

so i was talking to my mom the other day and she asked me if i have felt and changes....like my clothes fitting looser or anything yet. and unfortunately not...well not the clothes thing yet but hopefully soon!!...but i do notice that i get waaaayyy full after eating SMALLER portions, and i eat more times a day :), and i notice that my water intake is going up! and im proud that i am sticking with excercising on my own. :)
